Customary services for our domestic clients traditionally include Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Bidding/Construction Administration.
Schematic Design
The Schematic Design phase is a time when building code requirements are determined, equipment locations and requirements are discussed, reviewed, and refined, and preliminary framing concepts are discussed and laid out with a focus on highlighting key features and layouts to meet the client’s needs and objectives.
Design Development
During design development, a project’s schematic design is refined, including confirmation of equipment sizing and location, along with finalized structural framing layout with unique detailing as needed. This step occurs after the client has approved the schematic design.
Construction Documents
Construction Documents are the final design phase. This phase focuses on finalizing all drawings and specifications for building systems, site utilities, and other related project issues.
Bidding and Construction Administration
Issuance and oversight of project bids and/or oversight of project construction are available.
