PROJECT ARCHITECT JOB CAPTAIN:
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Building projects assigned including costs, constructability, and incorporation for consultant requirements
- Lead team and conduct client meetings
- Design construction documents and project management
- Act as point of contact for all technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3 – 8 years related experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
